The Taco Bell Athlete of the Week-Landon Apprill-Senior Forward-St. Francis Borgia Soccer.

Coach Danny Strohmeyer: "Landon is a 4 year varsity forward and 3 year starter.

This season he has 19 goals and 3 assists for a total of 50 career goals and 22 career assists.

We recognized him earlier this season for being the third player in Borgia Soccer History to reach 100 statistical points. He is currently at 122 career points.

Landon is a competitor and a leader.

As one of the team captains he sets tone for the whole team.

He is fast and physical and can play with skill. I have also dropped him into the midfield a few times this year when we needed it due to injury and he put in great minutes getting all the way back and playing hard defensively.

Landon will do anything the team needs. He is confident, but not arrogant and of high character.

He is as excited when one of this teammates score as when he does."

GPA: 3.91

Landon will attend the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Career Path: Business/Finance.
