The United States is set for Tuesday's knockout round clash against Belgium at
the Arena Fonte Nova. The Americans reached the Round of 16 with a hard-fought
win over Ghana and a tie with Portugal. The US lost its finale to Germany, but
Portugal's 2-1 win over Ghana in Group G's other match pushed the Americans
through. These two nations have faced off twice during United States' coach
Jurgen Klinsmann's tenure with the team, with Belgium taking both matches.
Tuesday's other round-of-16 encounter will be between Argentina and

August 9, 2014, will forever be marked in the history books as the date Michael Brown was shot by a Ferguson police officer.

It is the aftermath of that event, however, which history will forever remember. The protesters, the looters, the agitators, the Hands Up Don't Shoot movement, the dramatic announcement of the grand jury, the buildings up in flames. In the process, the community and image of Ferguson was destroyed.
