Tigers Offense Wins Scrimmage

The Tigers offense reclaimed the coveted black jerseys with an 11-9 victory over the defense in the controlled scrimmage on Saturday. Mizzou's offense found the endzone seven times, with five touchdowns coming in redzone drives. Junior tailback Russell Hansbrough scored twice on the ground and racked up 59 yards on nine carries. Aarion Penton and Raymond Wingo came up with interceptions for the defense.

The shootings at Emmanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, however, stands out for two main reasons.

It involved race, and it was done it a church.
