After a brief stint in the bullpen, the Cardinals announced that right-hander Shelby Miller will return to the starting rotation on Saturday against the Cubs. Concurrent with the move, Carlos Martinez will be shifted to the bullpen. Miller is 7-and-8 with a 4.29 ERA in 19 starts for St. Louis this season.
