Senior Legion Baseball-Monday, June 9

Washington fell to Daniel Boone in a rain shortened game at C&H Park Monday evening. Daniel Boone had a 7-4 lead in the sixth when the game was called. Washington scored four runs on four hits with four errors and four left on. Daniel Boone scored seven runs on 10-hits with two errors and nine left on base. Chris Beckmann was the winner and Aaron Meyer suffered the loss. Washington drops to 6-3 overall and 4-3 in the 9th District while Daniel Boone improves to 2-2 and 1-1. The same two teams will meet again Wednesday night at Ronsick Field in Washington. It's an 8:30 game time on KLPW-AM 1220.
