Bartolo Colon gave up a run over eight innings as the Athletics dropped the Cardinals 6-1 in Oakland. Colon improved to 11-and-2 and lowered his ERA to 2.79.
Washington will play three games this weekend. Post 218 will host St. Peters at 7:00 this evening, followed by two road games at West Saturday at 8:00 and Elsberry Sunday at 5:00.
