Saint Louis Coach Majerus Will Not Return

Saint Louis head coach Rick Majerus will not return to the sidelines for the Billikens. The university made the announcement Friday. Majerus took a leave of absence on August 24th because of health issues. The school says Majerus' health problems won't allow him to resume coaching in the near future and therefore will not return to SLU.

Saint Louis takes on Texas A&M in the CBE Hall of Fame Classic tonight from the Sprint Center. The Billikens are 1-and-1 after last week's loss to Santa Clara. SLU will face either Kansas or Washington State tomorrow night.
