Saffold Returning to Rams

Offensive Tackle Rodger Saffold is reportedly heading back to St. Louis. ESPN reports Saffold will sign a five-year contract with the Rams following a disagreement with his physical condition in Oakland. The Raiders, who reportedly agreed to a five-year, 42.5-million-dollar contract with Saffold Tuesday, are worried about his shoulder. The Rams, however, have no concerns with his shoulder.

The Rams are looking to fill a hole on their offensive line. Guard Chris Williams agreed to a four-year free-agent contract with the Bills. Williams was the Rams' only offensive lineman to start all 16 games last season.
