Rather than take responsibility for the failures of the state-owned electric company, socialist president Nicolas Maduro instead told the Venezuelan people to "be strong against this electrical war that fascists have declared against our people."
Rams' rookie wide receiver Tavon Austin remains day to day after suffering an ankle injury in last Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Austin did not practice with the team on Wednesday, but his status is still up in the air for Sunday's game against the Saints. St. Louis also officially placed center Scott Wells on injured reserve Wednesday. He broke his leg earlier this month and is out for the season.
