Jabari Brown hit the go-ahead 3-pointer with 55.1 seconds left to help No. 25 Missouri beat North Carolina State 68-64 on Saturday night. What happened? It's a classic case of two all-too-common phenomena in the world of government--unintended consequences and the revolving door.
