Mizzou's Franklin Separates Shoulder Against Georgia, Expected To Miss Six Weeks

Missouri Tiger quarterback James Franklin suffered a Grade Two separation to his shoulder and is expected to miss at least six weeks. Tigers head coach Gary Pinkle delivered the news on his Sunday football show. Redshirt freshman Maty Mauk will take over in his absence. The Tigers host number-22 Florida Saturday in Columbia.

He's given up seven runs, three earned over 36 innings and his ERA is .736. As a hitter, Spencer's average is .500 with 14 rbi's and 11 runs scored. In 44 official at bats, Spencer has struck out just five times with two walks.
