Manchester City Beats Chelsea At Packed Busch Stadium

Busch Stadium is buzzing from a thrilling soccer friendly. Manchester City came back from three goals down to defeat English Premier League rival Chelsea, 4-3. More than 48-thousand were on hand in what the "Post Dispatch" says is the largest crowd to watch a sporting event at Busch and the second-largest soccer crowd in the state of Missouri.

There were several prominent faces in the crowd for last night's soccer match at Busch Stadium. Injured Cardinals pitchers Chris Carpenter and Jason Motte both watched Manchester City's thrilling comeback win against Chelsea. Former Rams running back Steven Jackson was also there, as was Governor Jay Nixon and Mayor Francis Slay.
