Borgia 1 Union 0. Evan Ayers pitched six innings for the win. Tyler Murray struck out the side with the tying run on base in the seventh for the save. Spencer Juergens doubled in the sixth and came home on a single by Justin Horace. Trey Fink pitched six solid innings in the tough luck loss. Borgia improves to 14-4 while Union drops to 5-10.

There are few things more inspiring in life than watching an octogenarain with two hip replacements swimming a 200 yard race, or guys in their late 70's playing some pretty vigorous 3 on 3 basketball. A generation of baby boomers is learning that, while they can't reverse age, they certainly can embrace life!

Missouri State's Nathan Scheer was one of nearly 900 men's college basketball players recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches with the release of the 2013-14 NABC Honors Court. To be recognized on the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior varsity player with a cumulative 3.20 grade point average or higher at the conclusion of the season.
