The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Senior Volleyball Player Jordan Kriete from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington. Jordan played all the way around on a team that finished the season 26-7-2. Her statistics are impressive.

The San Francisco Giants have won their third World Series title in five years. Michael Morse drove in two runs including a go-ahead RBI-single in the fourth inning as the Giants defeated the Royals 3-2 in Game Seven of the Fall Classic at Kauffman Stadium. San Francisco is the first road team to win a World Series Game Seven since the 1979 Pittsburgh Pirates. Jeremy Affeldt got the win.
