Dodgers Smash Cardinals

Andre Ethier and former Cardinal Skip Schumaker drove in four runs each and had three hits apiece, leading the Dodgers to a 13-4 romp over the Cardinals at Busch Stadium. Los Angeles has taken two of the first three games in the series with the finale tonight. Carl Crawford also had four hits, and his double off the elbow of Cardinals starter Shelby Miller knocked Miller out of the game in the top of the first inning. X-rays on Miller were negative, but Jake Westbrook allowed nine runs on 13 hits in four-and-two-thirds innings to take the loss and fall to 7-and-7.
