Cardinals Handle Mets

Allen Craig's three-run homer highlighted a five-run fifth inning as the Cardinals rolled to a 9-2 win over the Mets at Citi Field. Matt Holliday went 3-for-5 with an RBI and three runs scored while Shane Robinson poked a solo homer for St. Louis. Michael Wacha tossed six innings of two-run ball for his first-career win as the Cards won their fourth in five games. The series continues tonight.

He has hit third in the order and has maintained an average above .300 throughout the season. His current average is .321 with an on base percentage of .396. Aaron leads the team with 22 RBI, two home runs and two triples He has also scored 15 runs.

There are few things more inspiring in life than watching an octogenarain with two hip replacements swimming a 200 yard race, or guys in their late 70's playing some pretty vigorous 3 on 3 basketball. A generation of baby boomers is learning that, while they can't reverse age, they certainly can embrace life!
