Bradford To Have Knee Surgery

Rams quarterback Sam Bradford will undergo surgery in a few weeks for a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. Bradford suffered the injury landing awkwardly on a fourth-quarter quarter scramble in Sunday’s 30-15 loss to Carolina at Bank of America Stadium. Bradford finishes the season having thrown for 1,687 yards, 14 touchdowns and a passer rating of 90.9.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is 5-6 Freshman Basketball Player Cassidy Moss from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington. Cassidy was named the Most Valuable Player of the Sullivan Tournament last week and was an important part of Borgia's run to the title. She is averaging 15 points and 2.5 rebounds, more than three assists and two steals per game.
