Blues Extend Forward Steen

The St. Louis Blues have signed forward Alexander Steen to a three-year, 17.4-million-dollar extension. The 29-year-old is in the final season of a four-year, 13.45-million-dollar deal. Steen is tied for second in the NHL with 22 goals, and he is tied for ninth with 36 points in 33 games.
