Blues Cruise Past Coyotes

Patrik Berglund scored twice and Chris Stewart had a goal and two assists, as the Blues cruised past the Coyotes 6-3 at Jobing.com Arena. Alex Pietrangelo tallied a goal and a helper, while David Perron added four assists for St. Louis, which snapped a two-game skid. Jake Allen denied 23 of the 26 shots he faced in the victory. The Blues are at San Jose tomorrow and at Anaheim on Sunday.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Senior Golfer Brad Carpenter from Washington High School. In a recent match against Fort Zumwalt South at Wolf Hollow, Brad carded a six under par 29 to lead the team to a 148-176 win over the Bulldogs. Brad will attend Missouri State University in Springfield on a golf and academic scholarship. He started playing golf at the age of 12 and developed an immediate love for the game.
