Blues Bring Back Hull

Blues legend Brett Hull is coming back to the team as a vice president, the "St. Louis Post-Dispatch" reports. The Blues will hold a news conference tonight at the Scottrade Center to welcome back Hull. The event is open to the public. Hull played 11 seasons in St. Louis and scored a franchise record 527 goals before going to Dallas in 1998.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Senior Golfer Brad Carpenter from Washington High School. In a recent match against Fort Zumwalt South at Wolf Hollow, Brad carded a six under par 29 to lead the team to a 148-176 win over the Bulldogs. Brad will attend Missouri State University in Springfield on a golf and academic scholarship. He started playing golf at the age of 12 and developed an immediate love for the game.

The East Central College softball game vs. Three Rivers today April 15 has been cancelled due to field conditions. The “Stuff the Stands” event has been moved to Thursday, April 17 vs. St. Louis Community College. Come out and show your “Falcon Pride” as the ECC Falcons look to take down the STLCC Archers. The first 100 fans will receive a blue “Stuff the Stands” T-shirt along with free hot dogs and soda.
