Blues, Blackhawks Resume Series

The Blues and Blackhawks resume their playoff series tonight in Chicago with Game Three from United Center. St. Louis has taken the first two contests, both by a 4-3 score in overtime. Barret Jackman got the winner in Saturday's game. The puck drops tonight at 7:30.

The Blues still aren't sure if captain David Backes will be able to suit up tonight. Backes sustained a vicious illegal hit from Chicago's Brent Seabrook Saturday and was knocked out of the game. Seabrook was suspended for three games for the infraction.

Earlier this season in a game against St. Peters, Trey pitched a complete game with 11 strike outs and no walks in an 8-1 win. He also went the distance in a tough luck 6-1 loss to Washington. He only gave up four hits with 13 strike outs and one walk. Time and again, Trey has proven his ability to go deep into games.
