Saint Louis can run its winning streak to seven straight on Saturday with a win over Charlotte. The Billikens are 7-and-2 in the Atlantic 10 and 18-and-5 overall. Charlotte is 6-and-4 and 18-and-6 but has lost two of its last three.
The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Washington Senior Legion Baseball Player Trent Leimkuehler. Trent has put up some impressive numbers so far this season. The Post 218 Center fielder is currently hitting .551 with 20 runs batted in and 16 runs scored. He has two home runs, two triples and eight doubles. He also plays good defense in the outfield with good speed and a strong arm.
