Wainright, Cardinals, Get Ready For Red Sox

The Cardinals are in Boston getting ready for their Game One match-up Wednesday at Fenway Park. Adam Wainright gets the start in Game One for St. Louis and will face off against Boston ace Jon Lester. First pitch is slated for 7:07 p.m.

The Cardinals got might get a key player back just in time for Wednesday's World Series Game One at Fenway Park. First Basemen Allen Craig continues to work out and take batting practice. Cardinals manager Mike Matheny is optimistic that Craig can return for the World Series. Game One's first pitch is Wednesday at 7:07 p.m.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is St. Francis Borgia Baseball Player Justin Horace. Justin is one of the team leaders at the plate with a .371 average, two home runs and 17 rbi. He bats third in the lineup and is a solid defender at second base. Justin had a double in Monday's 3-0 loss to Lutheran-St. Charles. Justin has been a good hitter since he started playing as a youngster.
