Syracuse Remains On Top In "USA Today" Poll

Unbeaten Syracuse remains number-one in this week's "USA Today" top-25 college basketball poll. The 23-and-0 Orange received all 32 first-place votes to hold the top spot for the second straight week. Fellow unbeaten Wichita State, at 25-and-0, remains number-two. Arizona is third, followed by Florida and San Diego State. Villanova, Kansas, Louisville, Duke and Michigan State round out the top-10. Oklahoma State fell out of this week's rankings. The St. Louis Billikens have moved up to 12th this week.

The same holds true for those who sum up the plight of impoverished black communities as "that's how those people are."
