Rams Continue Practice Today

The St. Louis Rams got back to work at their training facility in Earth City yesterday. Linebacker James Laurinaitis and defensive tackle Michael Brockers were among the players who sat out practice following the team's loss to the Saints this past weekend. The Rams are back on the practice field today as they prepare for their second preseason game on Saturday at home against the Green Bay Packers.

Mikayla has already accumulated a lost list of accomplishments in the first couple of years of her high school career. John Lackey hurled seven-and-a-third frames of shutout ball to lift the Cardinals past the Cubs, 4-0, in Game One of their National League Division Series at Busch Stadium. Lackey struck out five batters and walked one to earn the win. Tommy Pham drilled a solo shot for the Cards, and Stephen Piscotty capped off the scoring with a two-run dinger. St. Louis now holds a 1-0 series lead.
