Union posted a 44-33 win over the Bourbon Warhawks

Sullivan remained undefeated with a 75-26 win over North County. The Eagles improve to 5-0.

Girls...
Sullivan downed Owensville 53-40 to improve to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the Four Rivers Conference. Owensville lost for the first time this year, dipping to 3-1.

Pacific beat Rolla 66-53. Ashley Hill scored 29

New Haven topped Wellsville 54-16 with Rachel Steinhoff draining 13 points. Stephanie Gerling chipped in with nine.

Warrenton downed Montgomery County 60-31

Hermann beat Washington 62-46. Hayley Stiers scored 17 points and Jamie Gleeson added 16.

Holt defeated Washington 38-28

Union posted wins over Fort Zumwalt East 72-12, Winfield 54-24 and Principia 59-18.

There are few things more inspiring in life than watching an octogenarain with two hip replacements swimming a 200 yard race, or guys in their late 70's playing some pretty vigorous 3 on 3 basketball. A generation of baby boomers is learning that, while they can't reverse age, they certainly can embrace life!

Missouri State's Nathan Scheer was one of nearly 900 men's college basketball players recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches with the release of the 2013-14 NABC Honors Court. To be recognized on the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior varsity player with a cumulative 3.20 grade point average or higher at the conclusion of the season.
