La Russa On Hall Of Fame Ballot

Former Cardinals manager Tony La Russa is one of 12 candidates on the Expansion Era ballot for election to the baseball Hall of Fame. Voting by a 16-member blue-ribbon panel will take place at the Winter Meetings in Orlando, Florida on December 8th. If La Russa can garner 75-percent of the votes cast, he will be inducted into the Hall of Fame next July in Cooperstown.
