Blues Win In Overtime

T.J. Oshie scored in overtime to give the Blues a 3-2 victory against the visiting Boston Bruins. Jaden Schwartz scored his 18th goal of the season and Alexander Steen netted his 28th. The win pushes the Blues' record to 38-12-and-6, which is good enough for third in the Western Conference. The Blues will drop the puck Saturday afternoon when the Winnipeg Jets come to town.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Freshman Cross Country Runner Julia McIntyre from New Haven High School. Julia finished sixth in the state meet in Jefferson City with a time of 20:58.40 at the Oak Hills Golf Course in Jefferson City earlier this month. She helped her team to a 12th place finish. Julia was a straight A student at Franklin County R-2 and she continues to get A's in high school.

Troy Brouwer and Robby Fabbri each scored third period goals to help the Blues rally to sink the Sabres 2-1 at the First Niagara Center. Jake Allen stopped 24 of 25 shots for St. Louis, which improved to 14-6-and-2. The Blues play at Pittsburgh tomorrow.
