The Blues get an extra day off after Monday's 4-1 win in Minnesota. They go to Chicago for a Thursday night game against the Western Conference-leading Blackhawks. St. Louis is tied for the eight and final seed in the West with Nashville at 18-14-and-2.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Freshman Cross Country Runner Julia McIntyre from New Haven High School. Julia finished sixth in the state meet in Jefferson City with a time of 20:58.40 at the Oak Hills Golf Course in Jefferson City earlier this month. She helped her team to a 12th place finish. Julia was a straight A student at Franklin County R-2 and she continues to get A's in high school.

Troy Brouwer and Robby Fabbri each scored third period goals to help the Blues rally to sink the Sabres 2-1 at the First Niagara Center. Jake Allen stopped 24 of 25 shots for St. Louis, which improved to 14-6-and-2. The Blues play at Pittsburgh tomorrow.
