Washington Man Wins Lottery

A local man says that things are looking up after winning an $85,000 Missouri Lottery Show Me Cash Jackpot. 57-year-old Allen Rowley says that things have been tight in their household since a medical emergency set them back a few years ago. Rowley, who works as a probation officer, says that he and his wife Marcia bought the lottery ticket for the February 8th drawing at West End Station in Washington. Rowley says he plans to use the winning to pay off the mortgage and pay off all other bills. Marcia is a beautician at Color Creations Salon in Washington.
