St. Clair Kids Found Safe

Two St. Clair children missing overnight have been found safe. Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke said 11-year-old Scotty Warner and 13-year-old Erica Linsley have both now been located. They had been missing since last night when they were last seen playing outside Erica's home in a remote area of white road near highway K. Emergency crews had searched for the pair since midnight with dogs, helicopters and boats due to the close proximity to the Meramec River. Toelke says the boy walked into his yard about 9:30 a.m. and led authorities to a nearby field where he thought the girl would be. She wasn't there, but searchers found her hiding under a porch near her home shortly after.

The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is 5-6 Freshman Basketball Player Cassidy Moss from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington. Cassidy was named the Most Valuable Player of the Sullivan Tournament last week and was an important part of Borgia's run to the title. She is averaging 15 points and 2.5 rebounds, more than three assists and two steals per game.
