Springfield Road Construction Project is on Schedule in the City of St. Clair

The Springfield road construction project is on schedule in the city of St. Clair. City Administrator Rick Childers says that the St. Clair Board of Education is already looking forward to future projects. At the council meeting this week, the board spoke to a representative with Cochran Engineering about a reconstruction project. The city is also looking at the possibility of widening Commercial Avenue which is highway 47 between Main and Highway 30. Childers says he doesn’t expect these projects to get underway before 2015.
