Heat Death Reporting System

The St. Louis Health Director, Pam Walker, is calling for a national heat death reporting system. Walker says that because the medical examiner quickly responded, they found most of the St. Louis cases were elderly and many had mental health issues. According to Walker, they immediately reached out to the mental health community to respond. Walker says what happens in New York, Chicago, and Detroit can be important to St. Louis and vice versa.
