Good Weekend to go School Shopping

The three-day “Back to School Tax Free Holiday” began early Friday morning and will run through Sunday. This weekend, most counties and cities in Missouri will lower the cost of clothing, school supplies, computers, and other school items. The Missouri Department of Revenue said when buying items, shoppers have limits on how much to purchase. Shoppers can only purchase clothing totaling less than $100 and school supplies less than $50. Although it is technically called the "Back to School Sales Tax Holiday", you don't have to be a student or a Missouri resident to enjoy the savings.
