Federal Regulations Shuts Down a Missouri Bank

For the fourth time this year, federal regulations shut down a Missouri bank. It happened on December 14, 2012 when regulations seized Community Bank of the Ozarks in Sunrise Beach. The FDIC reached an agreement with the Bank of Sullivan to assume the deposits and most other assets. The bank failure is expected to cost the federal bank insurance fund over $10million. So far, 51 banks have failed nationwide.

He's given up seven runs, three earned over 43 innings and his ERA is .736. As a hitter, Spencer's average is .520 with 16 rbi's and 13 runs scored. In 44 official at bats, Spencer has struck out just five times with two walks.

The shootings at Emmanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, however, stands out for two main reasons.

It involved race, and it was done it a church.
