Cathy Covington of Franklin County ALIVE (Alternatives to Living in Violent Environments) joins Diane in the studio to discuss awareness and trends of domestic violence and what ALIVE can do to help.
The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Washington Senior Legion Baseball Player Trent Leimkuehler. Trent has put up some impressive numbers so far this season. The Post 218 Center fielder is currently hitting .551 with 20 runs batted in and 16 runs scored. He has two home runs, two triples and eight doubles. He also plays good defense in the outfield with good speed and a strong arm.
