A Washington woman was taken into custody after she was involved in a one car accident last night. Union police officers arrived at the scene of the wreck after nine o'clock. The department says the 24-year-old was traveling eastbound on Woodland Oaks Drive when she ran off the left side of the road, hit a street sign and brick pillar. The woman admitted to drinking and driving. She was arrested for DUI and was taken to the police station for a breath test. Police says the woman blew a .215. No injuries were reported.
