Two vehicle accident in Franklin County sends a Washington man to the hospital with serious injuries. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says it happened at seven-fifteen this morning on Highway A north of Route YY. The patrol says 57-year-old David Kleinheider pulled from a private parking lot into the path of a northbound Tracker driven by 49-year-old Keith Fritzmeyer of Leslie. Kleinheider was taken to Mercy Hospital in Washington following the wreck.
