The KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week is Junior Basketball Player Janie Arand from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington. In the game against St. Clair Wednesday night, Janie scored 23-points, dished out four assists and pulled down five rebounds. For the season, Arand is now averaging 16.4 points and five rebounds per game. Arand scored 27 points against Owensville in the third place game of the Sullivan Tournament leading the Lady Knights to a 51-39 victory.
She is a three sport athlete; Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer.
