Warren County Panty Thief Apprehended

A Wright city man was arrested for breaking and entering. 19 year old Michael Stout was caught stealing ladies panties from a house in the 11 thousand block of Cedar Tree Lane. A 16 year old female living in the house called the Warren County Sheriff’s Department when she came home from school to find Stout in her bedroom. Stout fled the scene but was later apprehended at his house. Further investigation revealed the suspect had been watching the female residents in his neighborhood. Over the past month he broke into four homes while the residents were away and stole items such as women’s underwear, clothing, food items, an iPod, laptop computer, and photographs. Investigators located and seized 59 pairs of ladies panties, two sex toys, photographs, assorted items of female clothing, and a Wal-Mart plastic bag containing dozens of used feminine hygiene products from Stout’s bedroom.
