Warren County Drug Bust

Charges have been filed against eight suspects after an investigation led Warren County deputies to believe they were attempting to manufacture methamphetamine. According to police, the investigation determined all eight suspects were gathering pseudoephedrine pills for the purpose of supplying to a third person knowing they would be used to manufacture methamphetamine. The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation by WCSD Lieutenant Scott Schoenfeld into suspects manufacturing, possessing, using and selling methamphetamine throughout Warren County.

The suspects charged with manufacturing a controlled substance: 48-year-old Phyllis Wyhs, 40-year-old Gwena Veal, 38-year-old Tara Deornellas, 30-year-old Melanie Erwin, 20-year-old Samantha Hollaway, 20-year-old Shanae Parks, 19-year-old Brandon Boschert and 18-year-old Melanie Erwin.

All eight are being held on a bond of $25,000 each.
