Union Man Arrested for Breaking Into Same House Twice

A Union man was arrested Tuesday for committing the same crime that got him locked up last year. The Franklin County Sheriff’s department was contacted when an alarm was heard on Liberty School Road in Union. The deputies knew the source of the alarm was a residence that was robbed last year. A 28 year old union man, Joseph Lauth, was arrested and charged with burglary and stealing. It was determined that Lauth was sentenced to 5 years in prison for the thefts. He served 10 months and was transferred to a halfway house in St. Louis. Deputies also determined that Lauth had walked away from the halfway house in July and there was currently a warrant for his arrest. Investigators began checking gold buying agencies in St. Louis and requested they watch for Lauth attempting to sell jewelry. It was determined that Lauth had sold jewelry items to a company in the St. Louis area within the past few days. The items sold by Lauth were identified as stolen by the owners of the recent burglary on Liberty School Road. On Tuesday Lauth was taken in to custody at a friend’s house in Pacific. Lauth admitted to committing the recent burglary and other thefts. Deputies are currently attempting to recover the remaining stolen property. Some of the stolen jewelry was found near a ditch on Jeffriesburg Road.

I am a woman. I would be more than happy to have more money in my paycheck. Too bad the Paycheck Fairness Act won't do that for me. Who wants "equality" if it comes because everyone makes less money?

Nonetheless, the Paycheck Fairness Act is the latest weapon in the War On Women, part II--2014 election style.
