Storage Auction in Union This Weekend

Have you ever seen the show Storage Wars? It’s a show about these people that go around to storage locker auctions and actually make a living reselling what they find. Its great and probably the closest thing to a treasure hunt people in modern day America may ever experience. Well the fun and excitement of that lock getting cut off and the door rising up is coming to Union this weekend and you are invited. Quick storage in Union will auction off three storage units this Saturday at 2:00. In previous Quick Storage auctions people have found letters signed by a president, priceless world war two memorabilia plus tons of old military stuff and enough furniture, electronics, house hold items and exercise equipment to easily make your money back. The door will open, everyone gets to peek inside, then the bidding begins on the entire unit. So stop by Quick Storage behind Lucky’s Chinese Restaurant at 714 Highway 50 west in Union this Saturday. The bidding begins promptly at 2:00 so don’t be late. The auction is cash only and all items need to be removed within 48 hours. Call Quick Storage if you have any questions at 636-583-5459.

What happened? It's a classic case of two all-too-common phenomena in the world of government--unintended consequences and the revolving door.
