Grand Jury Set For Brown Case

A grand jury could convene as early as tomorrow in the shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown. A spokesman for St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch says they plan to begin presenting evidence on Wednesday. Police and the Brown family have different stories of what happened the day Brown was killed by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. Police say Brown rushed Wilson, while family members say the 18-year-old had his hands in the air and was surrendering.
