Earliest that the Annexation Proposal Could be on the Election Ballet is August of 2013.

Washington city officials say the earliest that the annexation proposal could be on the election ballot is August of 2013. The annexation takes in property to the west, south, and east of the existing city limits including the land off old Highway 100 owned by the Washington School District. Mayor Sandy Lucy says the city council held a workshop as part of its meeting on October 1, 2012. She says it featured about 90-minuts of discussion following a presentation from economic development director Darren Lamb. Officials say several organizations have officially endorsed the proposal.

The protesters, the looters, the agitators, the Hands Up Don't Shoot movement, the dramatic announcement of the grand jury, the buildings up in flames.
